Cuban Cardio is the fitness concept from professional trainer Lazaro Almenares, combining Latin music with high-intensity interval training. We developed the logo and visual brand with Lazaro, which targeted fitness professionals for licensing the course.

The Cuban Cardio website is a fully-managed, advanced platform with a bespoke CMS to control every aspect of the website. Lazaro had limited knowledge or interest in technology, but had ambitious plans for his website. 

When we talked him through a demo of our CMS, he was amazed at how much he could do without any real technical knowledge. To date, Lazaro manages the entire content of his website himself, and the site has grown tremendously over the years with valuable content. A real case example of how non-technical people can take advantage of a well built CMS to expand their online presence.
